We continue to do research under the theme of "Anti-aging and Prevention of illness".
From 1st to 3rd of August 1995, the Osato Research Institute supported the convening of the internetional workshop called "A Nutritional Approach to Aging and Disease"(The UNESCO Molecular Cytology Research Network, sponsored by Gifu Prefecture). We continue to do research on food product for anti-aging and prevention of illness in cooperation with laboratories in Japan, the U.S.A., and Europe. In 2005, the Foundation Osato Research Institute was founded to reduce medical costs in the aging society.
