Presentation on FPP at the meeting of the Japanese Society of Applied Glycoscience 2013
On September 25-27, 2013, the 62nd meeting of the Japanese Society of Applied Glycoscience 2013 was held in Kagoshima, Japan. Mr. Hiroshi Shimizu, researcher of Osato Research Instiute, made a presentation on the effect of FPP on Diabetes.

In the presentation, it was explained that although FPP's main component is sugar, it's effective for Diabetes showing specific data.
Also, it was presented that FPP could adjust activation of respiratory burst and that FPP has antioxidant effects, but produces ROS as necessary.
In the Q&A session, we had several questions on function of FPP as well as detail of our researches. It was a limited but very fruitful time.
