A 2-year Double-Blind RCT Follow-up Study with Fermented Papaya Preparation (FPP) Modulating Key Markers in Middle-Age Subjects with Clustered Neurodegenerative Disease-Risk Factors
New Paper about FPP study was published in May 2017.
The study population consisted of 90 middle-age subjects with risk factors of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease or Alzheimer's disease. This extended 2-year FPP study suggests that FPP might play a noteworthy role in prevention of metabolic diseases which are potential co-factor of neurodegenerative diseases.
