JETRO international symposium,
"Boosting Science and Technology through Industrial Collaboration 2009"
The last conference that Prof. Montagnier participated in as a main guest speaker made in his busy schedule during this visit to Japan was "Boosting Science and Technology through Industrial Collaboration 2009" organized by JETRO on October 7th at the Tokyo Prince Hotel.
Prof. Montagnier was keeping his schedule on track with calm smile on his face without showing any sign of fatigue.
He made a speech on the importance of Preventive Medicine, and said that it would become the most important issue for the world.
The theme of the session was "Global Health: To Tackle with issues on Medicine, Health and Welfare". AIDS is the very issue which all of us have to deal with the prevention and treatment with good interest.
He was also talking about oxidative stress which is a big key word for other infectious diseases such as influenza, malaria, cancer and tuberculosis.
