Flowers of Summer Orange

In the ORI garden, trees of summer orange are in full bloom, which grow and produce big oranges every year.

The whole garden is filled with refreshing citrus aromas of these while flowers.

We hope that they will yield an abundant harvest again this year.

In the ORI garden, the white flowers of the apple trees are in full bloom.

We hope they will produce a lot of apples again this year.

In another place of the garden, the flowers of the dogwood are also in full bloom vividy, with pale pink flowers.

It is the season when many flowers are beginning bloom. We really look forward to that!!

"Rose ORI" is our original flower and there're in full bloom!

"ORI flog" is already on their petals and she seems very happy!

This flower "Rose ORI" is a special breed made for Osato Research Institute. This new type of rose was bred by a near rose garden called "SUNROSE".

The name "Rose ORI" has a special meaning with hope of, "to End the Reactive Oxygen Species and keep the balance of oxidation and reduction which relates to disease prevention", and this is the research theme of the Osato Research Institute.

Red Ribbons are in full bloom.

This proud flower is very charming and will attract us.

"Red Ribbon" is the symbol who supports and understands the people who suffer from AIDS. Here at World Foundation AIDS Research and Prevention which is established with the Osato Research Institute values this rose since this flower has the same name.

We hope this activity of preventing AIDS spreads out to the world.

We can sense a mild sweet smell and the shining yellow color is beautiful.

Alchemist is a climbing rose and has a double flower, and has a splendid atmosphere.

Narcissus Blooms in Snow

Strong cold air came back in March and snow piled up as if winter was here again.

While we were snow shoveling, we found a Narcissus blooming in the snow.

We can see through its yellow petals.

This beautiful small flower was impressing in the cold snow.

We sensed spring is almost here looking at this blooming Narcissus.

Christmas Roses Blooming One by One

Christmas roses are blooming one after the other.

It has got warmer while the sun is up and we feel more sense of spring day by day.

Now we have lots of colorful Christmas roses decorating the ORI garden.

When the real spring arrives in April, we will enjoy the full blooming Christmas Roses everywhere.

Buds of Narcissus

We found some buds of Narcissus on 4^thof February. Today is begging of spring according to the calendar.

They are still small but have energy to grow tall.

Coldness of winter will go on for a while, though we will look after their growth till they bloom.

The first pale purple flower of Christmas rose has bloomed this year.

Christmas roses start to bloom in the coldness of February every year. We can feel spring looking at their colorful and stylish flowers.

They look pink from above.

They look shy looking down but how cute and graceful they are.

First Pineapple This Year

All pineapple tree pots are in the "yma hall" at Osato Research Institute to prevent the cold air from outside during winter.

We harvested the first pineapple this year

It's cute and small, but has a fine color and is well matured.

The pineapple was fresh and delicious. We could feel the tropical feeling in winter.
